The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only. Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204. Pickup locations: - Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal) - International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle. Please note that when booking 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"For convenience I would stay again."

Pretty easy , just needing a room for quick stop over. Bus to and from airport, easy. They also stored our luggage for the week, while we went to Rarotonga.

Wasn’t cheap , we had just travelled the whole of New Zealand and was roughly paying $150

Great service especially the shuttle. Room was close to restaurant.. The beds were amazing.

The restaurant menu had reduced sadly from previous stay though food very nice. Perhaps some actual veges instead of chips an option? The bath was scary. Slippery as no hand rail.
