The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only. Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204. Pickup locations: - Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal) - International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle. "What a gem for tired families."

What a great space. Swimming and spa pool. Wee libraries. Cool spots in hallways with couches, vending machines. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Fun I-spy activities for the kids to search around the building.

The service was outstanding, from the shuttle man picking us up at 1.00am from our flight, to the l8vely ladies on the desk the next morning. Room was big and clean and very quiet.
