Beautiful property; attentive staff; good food in the cafe. Due to having a wheelchair user with us, the accessible room was great.

The day of arrival the jacuzzi was not properly heated. After a long day of travel, was really looking forward to a nice soak and was disappointed at the lukewarm temperature. The following day the temp was correct.

"Wonderful massage, beautiful facility"

Everyone was polite and welcoming; the facilities were well maintained. The massage was the most personalized experience I have ever had, with the massage therapist Holly paying attention to my chart and truly listening to me and then focusing on the areas that needed the most attention. It opened up a whole world of massage that I never knew was available. My only minor complaint was that I had brought a friend (as a gift to her) and the receptionist at check out was loudly telling me the cost in front of my friend when I would have liked her not to know how much I spent on her.
