Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East / Mayfield Village

The lady at the desk was honest about everything and nice.

The pool and the flooring was dirty and very cold when i bent down to feel it, no the jacuzzi was not working,peeling wall paper,old soggy like outdated couches. The junior room is not as big in the picture and they are way higher then the hotel I ended up moving my family to. They charge 240 at this place for a junior room. Where I am now about to check out of the Hyatt standard room but looks like this hotels junior suites smh. It only cost 160. It rt in the heart of everything at legacy village.

Staff was friendly .

Hair on shower walls, a lot of dust on top where microwave was., Kept hearing water dripping all night. Hot tub not filled. Breakfast was good but not free with stay. Beds very noisy. Not what we expected from a Hilton.

Restaurant and lounge were closed

I give this Hilton property a low review. The hotel is clean but needs an update. From the dingy carpeting to the bathtubs a refresh is desperately needed. Furniture is chipped and drawers do not stay fully closed. The television is very small (32") compared to other properties I have been in lately. I was shocked we were unable to watch a college football game due to lack of channels. As I said an update is needed. It is surrounded by restaurants and located very close to the highway. Stayed on the back side and it was quiet. The front desk was less than helpful. Arrived on 10/11 around 1pm. The front desk representative was on her cell phone. Never took the phone away from her ear as she answered my question about possibly checking in early. A solid NO and returned to her phone call. I am a Gold Member and am normally treated with a tad bit more professionalism than that. I I did not get her name - all I can say is it was very rude of her to keep that cell phone attached to her ear while addressing me. I normally am given 2 bottles of water for being a gold member but not at this hotel. The elevators are in need of service as a couple was stuck inside for some time. The cleaning staff does an excellent job and were very friendly.

I booked here because it had an indoor pool. The pool was down for maintenance. The rooms are outdated and breakfast is not included.
