the hot tub was broke and the pool was freezing. the reason we picked it was fir the heated pool and hot tub

We needed to revise a reservation we made for our daughter & granddaughters coming to visit us. Making the change on Hilton's website proved problematic, so we contacted the hotel directly. AsstGM, Mo Awadalla, was super helpful and got everything straightened out.

Front desk associates were extremely friendly and tried to accommodate me. They had sent my luggage to my room and event left a sweet surprise and note upon my arrival. Mo the assistant manager was extremely professional and gracious- great stay!

The breakfast was fine until we was told everyone couldn’t eat … although breakfast was included

We couldn’t use the gym pool the washer or dryer and the ice machine was down then the toilet kept clogging
