Broken ice machines, pool was not heated, hot tub was Broken,- none of this was told upon check in we discovered ourselves. Keycards did not always work to enter rooms (known issue once we told them but no fix yet) outside door to enter facility never locked (not main entrance) rooms were not fully cleaned wrappers by tv stand.

My ked didn't work every time I left the room. Had to get it replaced 5-6 times. AC wouldn't go below 80 degrees. At 11pm after tossing and turning, I finally went to the front desk and asked for a new room. They told me none were available, although the parking lot was only about 1/4 full. Not a great experience overall
