Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East / Mayfield Village

The price was not adjusted even though a jacuzzi was advertised but out of order. We were looking forward to using it. Exyremely disappointing.

Breakfast should have been complimentary for the price of the room. Even providing a muffin with a piece of fresh fruit would have sufficed. Seemed stingy and unwelcoming. The broken jacuzzi was really unacceptable....

This hotel is old and poorly maintained. We book 2 nights and canceled the second one. I am so disappointed that I am no longer going to chose any Hilton property.

One of our beds had dirty sheets on it. Our keys to the room would not work correctly had to keep going to the front desk to have it reprogrammed and there needles in the hallway on floor that we had male housekeeper pick up so no one would step on it.

The swimming pool made me itchy. It's disgusting. They charge $25 (for breakfast or if you grab anything from the pantry) more despite the fact that booking.com shows breakfast included. Here they play their own games (some funny piece of paper with logo and your name, very professional "voucher". Very expensive hotel that is very bad quality. They think their breakfast is fancy because they hired few kitchen staff that literally puts few already cooked ingredients on a plate that looks like a mess. The smell of the dish presented in front of me made me think of all the illnesses. I have suspicion that they create a mix of spoiled ingredients in a green pesto. Well, I was not feeling like having throwing up session so I just left it. I waited forever for them to even acknowledge me.

Accommodations were very nice. Hotel does need a face-lift, but I learned from chatting with the staff that they plan on doing that. I didn’t realize until I was leaving that the room next to me had a family with 2 pets. I would hope that they would designate certain rooms for people with pets and are in a separate area from other guests.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Right across the freeway from where we needed to be.

When we checked in there was a hand written sign that the pool was closed. Of course we made a comment since we purposely booked for the pool. The woman who checked us in, rolled her eyes, and rudely told us she knew it was gonna be an issue. The rooms have wallpaper peeling off the walls, and it smells of stale cigarettes. Kond of expected more from Hilton.
