The property in itself was clean and comfortable. Under normal circumstances, I would’ve probably been pleased.

Upon arrival they had no WiFi. This trip was not for leisure. I choose the location with intentions of requiring internet for work. The entire stay was without internet which meant I couldn’t work at all. There was no compensation offered for the inconvenience either. If I had been given proper notice, I could’ve made alternate arrangement.

The breakfast was one of the worst we have experienced. Only eggs were FROZEN hard boiled eggs, minimal bread options, weak coffee, only small apples for fruit, waffle maker didn't make the waffles crispy. Very unlike some other chain hotels with just right scrambled eggs, variety of cold cereals, fresh fruit and nice hearty coffee.

I didn't have to walk far after I got off the elevator. The bed was very comfortable.
