Hampton Inn & Suites Fruitland

The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately seating options are very limited. Many people could not sit and eat in the designated breakfast dining area.

The hotel was good.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The lobby was inviting and they provide you with a decent breakfast and ample amount of seating. The room itself was very clean and the shower is lovely! I got a lot of peaceful sleep in there. This hotel is close to a lot of businesses and there are discounts you can get at the other businesses for staying at this hotel. I even extended my stay one more day because I enjoyed the experience so much. If I am ever in that area again, I would stay at this hotel again.

The receptionist Kristy lied to me from the initial engagement. A party of five, with a double queen room reservation, ended up recieving a king size room. Even ask for a roll away, after leaving for the day to the beach, only to find out upon returning, from the 4th fireworks, to no roll away in the room as promised. Also, we had only three set of towels for our two day stay and when ask for more was told they have no towels to give! Since we had a bad experience, we ask for the second day to have room service, was told we would, to find out again, nothing happened. Breakfast was a disappointment as well, food ran out and the serving area messy.Worst experience in years. This management needs attention too, immediately!

I guess for Salisbury it’s ok but for the price and the high ratings on booking I expected more. Just very average.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Front desk staff on Saturday went above and beyond to help us sign in early so we could get to my granddaughter’s wedding at 2:30. We were staying at another hotel that was dreadful. We were able to get a room at Hampton and register a bit early. Thank you!!! Also, commendation to the Sunday morning chef who managed the food service alone that day. Despite what must have been a hectic morning for her, she was kind and sweet to all.

Only small item- faucet in bathroom sink is wobbly and in need of repair or replacement. All else was fantastic.
