Bay Inn & Suites Troy

Liked the fact that the rules were very very recently redone and were stunning

The place has been completely refurbished centers. I’ll have construction going on in the lobby and in the hallways, an elevator, etc. The room was very nice, but the beds are very hard.

Convenience, price, and helpful staff

Area was just under construction, no worries.

In defense of the Bay Inn they are remodeling and making improvements and updating. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming

One of our complimentary shampoos had been emptied prior and filled with water

Bathtub

Bathtub had to be cleaned.

There was no breakfast. We booked a Kingsized bed with a pull out couch and whirlpool tub. What we got was a king-size bed with a whirlpool pool tub. They had no rollaway beds and no breakfast.

The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate, but everything was pretty much booked. We got extra pillows to try to make some extra beds on the floor, but it was very uncomfortable.. They did try to make amends, but the remodel and what we were offered on this site did not match what we needed.
