First visit found staff very helpful and being disabled nothing was a problem for them.always very pleasant and smiling would definitely stay again

Lovely staff and tidy. Some areas needed a touch up but just cosmetic. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

No t good service

The only thing i saw while sat outside having a smoke was a rat run across the front entrance which scared us a bit otherwise everything was ok.

This hotel is stuck in the 90's. Very very tired and dated, bedside lampshades broken, stained and dirty carpets, decor in the whole hotel is tired and dated, the only thing that keeps this hotel from receiving 1 star, is the staff, who are very friendly.

The room & bedding smelt of cigarettes. The bathroom cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. The staff welcome at reception was professional.

Room a bit dated. Doors on fridge cupboard loose. Shower in bath. Would be better with walk in shower. Breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay.

Very handy location off the motorway. Sufficient parking in the overflow especially since we arrived late at night.Easy check in. Room clean and essentials available including wifi - had to buy plastic water bottles for room though there was the offer of filling a reusable bottle if we had one

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning, despite being listed as having AC. We booked the room specifically for AC. Room was hot and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was soaked in condensation that was impossible to get rid of. False advertising.
