"Great service but overpriced for area."

Overall service at the hotel was great. The included breakfast was good every morning. Expect to see mold in the rooms and the rooms are a little outdated. Could use an update. Wifi was terrible had issues staying connected and sending or receiving any messages. Pool was a short walk away and is only open for a few hrs out of the day... pool could use a water change and a lot less chlorine. My stay was 5 nights. Not a bad place just dont reccomend wasting money for the pool. Stay at a cheaper hotel and use the money you save for some other activities in the area.

"Nice Boutique Hotel "

Located just a few minutes from Legazpi airport, Venezia Hotel Legazpi is perfect for travellers who plan to visit city and nearby tourist attractions. There is no elevator in the hotel but staffs are around to assist carry your luggage to and from your room. Our room was small but very neat and clean. When you check in, request for a room away from the property who has dogs as they bark quite loudly and might disturb your sleep. The property is not accessible to public transport so make sure you rent a car or arrange your ride before leaving your room. Room service is fast and breakfast is simple and nice. I loved their omelette. To sum up, our stay was great and will definitely return to this hotel again.

"2nd Stay in 5 Years"

I like the overall standard of the Venezia. However, being a westerner, I do not like the breads with sugar as one of their ingredients. Sometimes I have bought my own bread to the Philippines. I like my eggs or spreads on a plain toast not sugared. Sweet bread clashes with savory eggs and bacon...etc.

"I always look forward to go home to this hotel"

I have stayed in this hotel since it was built. I helped trained some staff to My standard. When you go back to this hotel , you are welcome like a Queen. Fruit platter, water and night snacks are delivered in the room. Love the staff and the place.

"Business travel"

My fourth visit to the hotel and still preferred over Oriental. All in all, decent hotel for Legazpi. Water pressure low some days. A little noisy as sound echoes through the hallways. Pool closed last 2 visits.

"Exceptional"

Had an early flight back, was told that their driver usually comes in around 6am, so I asked for an alternative transportation to the airport. Upon check-out, I was surprised that they made arrangements for a van transfer to take me to the airport. I wasnt expecting that so thank you!

"Inefficient staff yucky rooms dogs barking"

Hotel offered 24 hr shuttle service but never available and on time. They never communicate that they can't deliver to customer needs. Staff appear nice and friendly but they never make things happen to make customer's stay pleasant. The room was old and not very tidy. Hotel needs to make major changes to make the rooms modern and new. Staff needs to be retrained to be more customer focused and not passive. They have to be proactive as they don't seem to care about the customer. We are very unhappy with our stay from check in to check out. We won't come back again. I don't get the dogs barking behind our room?????
