Hotel Venezia

This hotel is very near the airport. Its situated in a very quiet area so over all, it has a quiet environment very much suitable for sleeping in. They also have good food in their restaurant which is open late.

Reception staff was nice and accommodating. Room was not fresh; it had a mildew smell as soon as we entered it. We stayed for 2 days. On the second day, the room was barely cleaned, none of the service bar was touched; coffee cups still dirty from the previous day and no refresh of the coffee or bar items. The free breakfast was a disappointment; little variety, not good food; many flies in the restaurant area. Biggest surprise was the transportation to go to the airport in the morning; we had a flight very early and the hotel doesn't start their transportation until 05:30. Our flight was for 06:30, so this was a huge and uncomforting situation for us. Legazpi does not offer appointment taxi arrangements like other developed countries have and the hotel did not help us out at all!!!

Good stay, service and rooms were great. Staff professional and polite. Pool was nice and only a short walk away. After the horror of Fernando's Hotel in sorsogon... This was paradise. However, breakfast was poor and very limited. In all a good place to base yourself. Will certainly come back.

The property did not match what the picture was showing. Place was dirty. Did not serve breakfast like qas advertised. Poor management overall.

My wife and her three kids stayed here, not me. They all enjoyed it and especially the big pool. They had no complaints and would stay there again.

Great one day get away for our high school reunion. It’s accessible to the airport in less than 5 mins.

Im staying in the hotel for the 2 months and I must say customer service is great. Kudos to all thr F.O/F.B/H.K TEAM for making my stay extraordinary. It didnt feel repetitive at all. However, in all this greatness there will always be a mishap and it greatly shaken my reputation of the hotel. "UNPROFESSIONALISM". One of their F/B staffs, from hero to zero. he was superb at first then it got awkward when he messaged me in FB, knows how messy i am inside my room etc. it got freaky. to cut the story short, after I told him not to message me anymore. He wouldn't even give me water which he had gracefully given other guests. wouldn't call for the chef to cook omelette etc. I dont normally complain cause I know what it feels like to be a hotelier but this one I can not just let go. (i had to get my own water from a dispenser while the other guest were given water goblet)

My family booked a couple of rooms for our vacation. We found the hotel very charming. The staff are always very courteous, helpful and smiling! We enjoyed the free breakfast everyday. You can see that the hotel staff have diligently worked on making sure that the breakfast menu is different every day and appealing. We will definitely use this hotel every time we take a vacation to Legazpi! Thank you Hotel Venezia! From Travellers from Georgia, USA

Booked this hotel last minute when we we're looking for a place to stay near the airport. the hotel is ok, the buffet is CHEAP.. had our dinner buffet for only 300php.. our room was small, the only issue is that there a bad smell coming out of the sink in the toile, not sure what it was.. went to the pool area, huge pool but didnt get the chance to try it out due to lack of time coz we did all the touristy stuff the next day.. late check out was 1PM and cant be extended.. shout out to ther lovely receptionist Mika, shes really accommodating and very pleasant to deal with.. Will def book this hotel again when we go back to Legazpi! :)

Friendly staff the rooms could use some updating... hot water barely works, more a luke warm water. Wifi signal was terrible and slow internet
