"The location was excellent, parts of the hotel very beautiful but rooms and service disappointing"

There was no breakfast served the first morning. We ate at the restaurant the next morning and the quality was poor. The lobby and pool area were beautiful.

There were very few people there, staff or guests. Front desk staff challenged to check us in and checked us in to the wrong room. We moved to the correct room. The bathroom door came partly unhinged one night. Room service came at inconvient times.

No suministran una toalla para cada huésped, los jabones son pequeños y no suministran suficientes, tampoco proporcionan una botella de agua por huésped.

Good building, rooms, location

Understaffed. Some were nice but many were grumpy, seemingly from overwork and interacting mostly with tour groups. Breakfast was overpriced and not good.
