"Gran real Yucatán, excelente opción!!"

La ubicación es muy céntrica, así como la limpieza y las instalaciones mismas, muy cuidadas, así como el jardín.

En la noche aún en horario permitido, no prenden las luces de la alberca. El tamaño de las toallas de baño son muy pequeñas y abría que renovarlas. Así como las almohadas algunas me perecieron duras.

The location free parking beside the hotel and the breakfast, some of the staff that work here are really nice.

Many things, I will never come back to this hotel, and we will not recommend it to anyone. 1- They don't reimburse people for a reservation one has made of which an emergency has taken place making us pay for the whole stay. In our case, our elderly aunt had a heart attack (she was coming from another city in Mexico meaning she wasn't with me) while I was traveling could not cancel her reservation as everything happened while I was traveling. I tried to: a) not get charged for it when I showed up, explained the issue to reception yet they STILL charged me. b) Then tried to get my aunt's stay money back while at the hotel stayed for 7 days and Karina, the Manager kept saying "it is Booking.com responsability"when I never paid this platform, she will never reimburse us so I left it but Booking.com needs to know that once guests have arrived and ANYTHING happened to them and can't stay, their whole money will be gone! I lost about $800CAN. 2- Showers don't work properly water goes out of the tub. 3- Beds are uncomfortable 4- The bedrooms but specially the bathrooms are outdated. We are a family of 9 and can't wait to leave today!

Las habitaciones son bonitas, las salas comunes también. Estuve leyendo los comentarios que decían y tenía un poco de miedo de encontrarme con una experiencia desagradable. Al contrario, todo fue muy bonito. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

"Wären wir besser in Valladolid geblieben..."

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann schnell aus dem Hotel flüchten.

Die besten Jahre des Hotels sind längst vorbei. Das Personal hat keinerlei Interesse, seinen Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Frühstück kommt aus der Hölle (unbedingt vermeiden!). Morgens wird man spätestens 7 Uhr von Walkie-Talkie-Chats der Reinigungskräfte geweckt.

Wifi ontvangst in de kamer was beperkt. Gordijn viel op de grond, werd gesignaleerd maar niet hersteld (tot ik nog eens kwam vragen mocht ik wel van kamer veranderen...). Lek in het toilet op de badkamervloer. Kraantje in de lavabo in de badkamer spuit alle kanten uit, behalve naar beneden (gesignaleerd, niet hersteld). Stokoude handdoeken. Bij aankomst lag er nog een oude kussensloop in de badkamer. En ja, voor 5 sterren, mag er in de badkamer wel een glas staan om je tandenborstel in te zetten, niet? Sorry guys...
