"Hotel Gran real Yucatán un hotel céntrico en Mérida"

El lugar es muy céntrico y entrando al hotel es un espacio tranquilo. Las personas que hacen el aseo son amables, se escucha poco ruido, es un lugar tranquilo. Lastima de camas, esto haría que fueran excelentes.

La cama y las alhomadas. Requieren cambiar o renovarlos. Ambos son incomodos. El colchon que me toco estaba cerca de que asomaran los alambres del resorte. Las almohadas son incomodas, No hay servicio de comedor después de las 3pm. En la zona de bar pedí vino y solo tenian una botella de vinagre de vino. La persona de la recepción se hace cargo de muchas cosas, como el comedor . Una mujer de la recepción se puso a discutir de política con nosotros, me parecieron desmedidos e inapropiados sus comentarios. No apto si eres una persona de la CDMX que vas a relajarte.

We stay at this hotel quite often. It is a beautiful colonial building with a lovely courtyard. The staff is always courteous and helpful. It is within a short walking distance to everything and has convenient parking on sight. Highly recommend.
