The location is great. Some of the staff are nice - they are compensating for a terrible manager.

they acctually planned to close the hotel without noticing me. Just luck that I drove by before going to the museum. So that I could get keys

Gave us a room which was very far and we were traveling with an elder . Elevator did not work and our room was in the 4th floor. The personal very kind , specially the young guy. Don’t know who assigns the rooms but it was very unwise give us a room so far, and the room a/c did not work properly.

Very good location

The city is beautiful and clean. People are friendly, respectful and helpful. The hotel andits service was equally amiable. Loved everything.

Staff very nice and helpful! The one morning we had planned to breakfast at the hotel, it was not available. Other than that the master suite two bedroom and amenities all were good 👍

The first look was nice, beautiful resting area.

Bad management coordination :(

The only saviour is Erick Arriaga,recent front desk recruit. The others seem disinterested in their work . The parking lot does not appear to be cleaned. Trash all over. 3 star rating is too generous. No restaurants within the block and the hotel serves.mediocre breakfast.
