The Branson Waterpark Hotel

The breakfast area was very dirty and unorganized, like a free for all with unsanitary conditions

The whole hotel is run down, our ac was not functioning and rattled and hummed so unbearably loud we could not sleep the hotel smells horrible

Little waterpark

It was close to everything, and the waterpark was a plus! The kids also liked the bunk beds in the room. Breakfast was excellent!

For the most part our room was clean, however the grout was coming up very badly in the bathroom. Everytime we went in there we would step on loose pieces of grout that had come up. There was also leftover soap from the previous guest left in the shower. The staff was very pleasant but we did have an unpleasant encounter with one gentleman while at the water park. I’m not sure who he was or his name but when I was getting towels the man came up behind us and started yelling profanities at the lifeguard. Telling them that the park was “fucking closed”. Not only did this make me very uncomfortable but he did it in front of young children including my 2 year old. I felt bad for the lifeguard, they should not be spoken to like that.

Loved the water park area & location. The staff was the nicest hotel staff ever! So kind!

The property needs some work , appliances didn’t work tv remotes didn’t work , the rooms need some TLC and updated.

We loved everything about this property . From the breakfast to the Waterpark and food service . Room was really nice . Will be staying again

The beds were average but cleans. The bathrooms on the other hand were horrible. We had two conjoining rooms. The bathroom tiles were falling apart. The grout was broken and missing. On our second room the shower was inconsistent with water temperature and would change from min to min. The shower handle broke. Maintenance was on top of it and had the handle fixed the same day.

The staff was awesome. Location was great.

I know they are working on updating some things. My room was not very clean. Empty candy wrapper was under the chair and behind the night stand was more trash. The water park was nice....it was a little cold inside there...got colder as the evening went...almost like they turned the AC on to get people to leave. The lazy river was not operational. Looks like they were updating it. Hopefully in the next 4 to 6 months they continue the hard work and fix and update everything. Honestly its worth a stay. I would stay again.
