Everything. The staff at breakfast is very friendly and attentive. Prepared special vegetarian breakfast for us.

Waterpark was closed that we were counting on. The toilet was stinky. Thetre was no exhaust in bathroom.

"Older but Improving"

I will start by saying it is an older hotel, but it is now under new ownership and being improved. We found it to be quiet. That being said it is also ‘off season’ and the water park isn’t open. Our room had 2 queen sized beds and a separate little room with bunk beds. Water pressure was great and an abundance of hot water! Mary Jane over saw the breakfast are and was amazing!!!

I love the staff the clean room and the twin bunk ! We travel white out 3 kids ! HonestĂąy if you are think to stay at this hotel DONT THINKG ANYMORE just reserve , they are so nice water clean and they have life guard , free breakfast every day !

"Nothing Like the “brochure”"

Rooms are dated. Carpet worn out. Shower didn’t work. Rooms are dirty. Looks Nothing. Like the “brochure” or “website”. Ice machine was broke. Men’s bathroom downstairs broke. When We walked in the room my 8 year old said, “This place gets 1 star” 🤷🏻‍♂️

"Absolutely horrible!"

This place was an absolute nightmare! Booked thru Vio and once we got there to check in I was told they had absolutely no conjoining rooms (we found was a lie). I told them we would not be using the second room told me that they can not refund me because they don’t get paid thru the company that we used?! Then after getting my 4 children out and our stuff unpacked my husband stopped and talked to front desk and let him know this just do not work out because we have 4 small kids, oldest being 9 so we would not be using the other room. After my husband got back up the front desk guy came back up and said we had a cancellation so we can get you those adjoining rooms. So we were moved. Everything was going great with the new rooms until Friday we went to leave and wanted to make sure both doors to the room were locked, we found the second door did not lock no matter what we did. So again my husband went down and told them. They told him they would get it fixed so we left for the day came back and my husband went to check and the door still did not lock. So he went back down and they said oh we can not get it to work so we are moving you yet again! So we moved our stuff to the new room. After that my husband went to take the older two to waterpark only to be told that the waterpark is NOT included in the reservation even though it showed it was supposed to be. Even verified with the company I booked with! But they also told my husband yea and the breakfast isn’t including. (Like what hotel has anyone stayed at that the actual pool isn’t included or the breakfast) My husband went ahead and paid for two wrist bands for the kids while I was waiting to talk to Vio.com. Once I heard back Vio.com told me that management has stated they would refund us for the two wristbands that were purchased. But also proceeded to tell me management told them that we had 8 people in our room. I told the guy from Vio.com this was totally incorrect because with having 4 little ones with us I would not risk telling on my booking how many were truly with us due to if there was an emergency. So my husband went back down with our 4 kids to talk to them and get the refund. The three guys at the front desk proceeded to tell us that they would just eat the cost for the wristbands because it wasn’t included in our booking even though it stated they still proceeded to tell us this was incorrect these booking companies can post whatever they want. Then once they looked at our rate for the night they said well you got a really good deal too. Later came to find out it was only $20 cheaper thru vio than the actual hotel itself! So wasn’t that great! I left there so upset and in tears. They made me and my husband feel like complete idiots. They were so rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone! I will actually warn people of this place because of these three men (including the manager Tony) were rude and insulting. But the lady who was the cook she was absolutely fantastic!

"Lazy River is CLOSED"

The lazy river was shut down and we were not told about it prior to booking. We were looking forward to the lazy river because we had an infant and it would have been easier with him. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding this.

We booked for a quick weekend getaway. The night shift clerk (Justin…I think) was amazing! Our boys enjoyed the waterpark. We can’t wait to see it all completed!
