The location and facilities were excellent.

Location

The u it was large with a good sized verandah with a lovely outlook. It was spotless

Reasonable sized apartment and kitchen was fairly well equiped. Easy carpark access and after hours access. Air con worked well. Plenty of pillows. Streaming services on main tv. Close proximity (400m) to train station and short train ride to Suncorp Stadium. Pool and gym available although grassy area needed a mow, and complex is overall tired and old.

For the money paid - the photos DID NOT match the apartment. There was significant water damage in the bathroom, furniture was cheap and old and the apartment was outdated and well worn. I'm not sure I understand the good rating for this complex, unless we received the most outdated room. Not very clean and worst part - husband ended up waking with conjunctivitis day after we got home. I took my own pillow so was unaffected. For what it was - this was very overpriced compared to other properties in the area.

Spacious modern and comfortable

I think small replies for visitors to take luggage up to rooms would be good . Also a broom and dustpan

Lovely huge apartment, everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Friendly helpful staff. Washing machine and sryer were added bonuses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.!

Was a tad noisy on the road but ear plugs sort that out.
