"Below average for a Hilton property."

nothing special. just a run-of-the-mill average hotel. Not up to Hilton standards, and I'm Hilton Honors so I've stayed at a lot of excellent Hilton Hotels. The warm cookie was good.

Pretty much everything could be improved upon.

This is easily the worst hotel I've stayed in the past decade. The website says, "Recently Renovated." What I found was a dark, worn out, smelly room, a bathroom with poorly fitting ceiling tiles sitting in broken tracks, a bathroom vent fan that was loose, and a tub that could no longer be cleaned completely. If this had been a discount motel brand I would have had different expectations, but the hotel's own website and the nightly rate created false anticipation. The desk staff was the best part of the experience. It's too bad the facility doesn't match either the website claims or the quality of the staff.

"Will come back!!!"

Great hotel, great food and great staff. Bartender Morgan is friendly and super great! Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. This is my new go to spot in the Richmond area.
