"Will Stay Again"

Enjoyed 2 nights here while visiting family. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We used the indoor pool even though the water was a little too cold for me. Breakfast buffet was very nice with a wonderful selection of fresh fruit. Server Jeanette kept my coffee cup full and hot which I appreciated.

"Would book again if needed"

Location was great .., hotel over all clean and rooms are clean… walls are paper then you can hear people in hallways. Water pressure in room 822 was very very poor.. maintenance was called said he could not do anything… they did not offer to move us… the wall unit temperature control does not work… had to go to the unit to control it… breakfast was great and Jeanette was awesome.

Great experience. Jeanette was wonderful at breakfast! The late night front desk helped with a minor problem with my room and got me squared away quickly. Very comfortable, quiet and perfect to prep for my wit event the next day.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond-Midlothian was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The highlight of our trip was the breakfast each morning. At breakfast, Jeanette truly made my wife’s and my experience unforgettable. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for weekend dance competition. Very nice rooms, amenities and the breakfast buffet was great! Conveniently located to many restaurants and places to see. Jeanette and Sabrina in the bistro kept our tables clean and the dining experience enjoyable.
