The team was fantastic in making sure that my stay was as great as it possibly could be. I appreciate both THOMAS and SEAN F. for their kindness and extraordinary service. My junior suite, hotel room is absolutely wonderful! So roomy spacious and quiet. The tub is humongous !!! They even had gluten-free cookies! I’m in the area for business after this big snowstorm/ice storm and was weary from my day dealing with the icy conditions. All of these amenities has put a bright spot in my hard day. I will be coming here every time. I’m in the area because they were so amazing!

"Ice storm"

We spent four days here during the ice storm and felt well cared for by the staff and facilities. Sabrina in particular was fabulous at helping keep me and my two young kids fed and happy so that I could maintain my sanity during this tricky time, sure did appreciate her and the constantly flowing coffee!!
