The facility itself was lovely.

There was hair in the sink when we arrived. In the morning (It was Christmas morning so I understand staff shortages.) There were only a few bagels left for breakfast and the coffee had not been refreshed. It was only 8:30 in the morning.

"So so"

We were told this was a newly renovated hotel which was obviously not the case. The rooms were terrible but doors were cracked by the locks on the main door and on the connecting room door. Paint bubbling on walls. 2 of our rooms on the 5th floor had roaches. Staff was excellent and over all hotel was decent but need to tidy up the place a bit.

The service was great and the room was comfortable. The wait staff checked in regularly during breakfast to make sure everything was OK, and when the line was long at check-in, the hotel manager brought cookies around for everybody and water bottles. The line ended up going quickly at check-in, even though it looked like it was going to be long.
