Coral Rocks Hotel & Restaurant

The food was fantastic, and waitresses with barman are really doing great ,rooms are clean, A welcome drink of fresh coconut juice from the Front desk was amazing,I can highly recommend this place. Good management system

Everything was okay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles war perfekt, das hotel ist super schön und sauber, tolles Frühstück, tolle Cocktails und klasse Lage, da es etwas vom Trubel in Paje entfernt ist. An dem Strand kann man wunderbar lange Spaziergänge machen und toll kiten.

Montags gibt es eine Crazy Jams music Abend der laut ist. Jedoch wird dieser auch kommuniziert und uns hat das Personal auf Nachfragen ein ruhigeres Zimmer gegeben.

Good food, good service, everything was okay except my room door was unlock, despite maintenance service, otherwise excellent service

The General Manager Mr Othman was really superb, attentive, and ready to help every time and always available.Reception staff Mr Suleman was really helpful and offered good service.

Nothing everything was ok

Wanted something different and quiet from the north side and enjoyed my time here for some rest and relaxation. Going out to the beach in low tide was excellent.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Coral Rock. It was a beautiful intimate location. The staff went above and beyond making sure I enjoyed my trip since I was traveling solo. I loved the design and attention to detail. I’m already planning my return.

Beds and pillows were so comfy, the best we experienced after travelling around. Nice furniture in bedrooms Hotel grounds immaculate and creative Great sun loungers Reception staff very helpful, especially Solimon and Mo Mo..

Restaurant very uncomfortable, cold stone benches, with loud modern music which is ok if you like that type of thing Very windy with no places to shelter in hotel grounds, so cant sunbathe at hotel Masses of seaweed outside hotel obliterating the beach which wasnt mentioned on website Power goes off daily in morning, which means you cant shower

The party on Monday and pool.

Don’t stay here. The restaurant food is very poor. Gave me and my wife food poisoning. The water is ocean salt water, literally can’t wash or shower. Eyes will get red. The room door was broken and wouldn’t close or lock, so you feel insecure. The shower window curtains were removed and you had no privacy had to use a towel to cover the window. The beach is completely filled with seaweeds. Hotel isn’t interested in even cleaning a path. Some of the furniture in the photos is missing, the wardrobe.

The location was good with neighboring local restaurants that were walking distance and fairly priced with good food. Female receptionist and manager were friendly and helpful. They have a happy hour every day between 5-6pm. Pool was clean.

1. Upon arrival we were given a room, that did not resemble anything from the pictures online. It was smelly, stuffy as well as extremely hot and dirty. Not to mention no ventilation The bathroom was one of nightmares. Fortunately after speaking to the receptionist and manager we were placed in a much more suitable and clean room. 2.The new room, however, did not have cupboard doors that closed fully. They also provided a safe albeit broken. Although this resort is so highly priced , the rooms also lacked a bar fridge and even a kettle with tea and coffee as many other resorts would do in this price range. This meant we had to constantly order from their restaurant that could not even fulfill our requests. Water running in taps was salty. Rooms and sheets were only cleaned upon request. The lights in the bathroom/dressing area were very dull which made dressing very difficult. 2. There were not enough hanging space for towels. Electricity was off for most of the day although they had a generator and was only switched on after numerous complaints were made by resort guests. 3. Due to no electricity, not only was there no wifi, but also the air-conditioner did not work and to top it all every time the electricity went off there was also no water. This also meant that food and perishables supposed to be in the refrigerator (in their kitchen) were left at room temperature most of the day. I find this extremely unneceptable, not to mention unpleasant and unnecessary, especially in light of the fact that this resort is one of the more expensive resorts in the area. 4. Although Jambiani has no private beaches, I believe it is the resorts responsibility to clean out at least the area of beach it covers. Due to it not being cleaned, at all. There was an excessive amount of putrifying seaweed, which smelled highly unpleasant, as well as plastic and other waste which gravely decreased the aesthetic value , on which this resort relies heavily for tourism.
