"Great Hotel, one gripe"

This is now my favorite hotel in Downtown Minneapolis. Location, rooms, easy valet service, restaurant etc. One gripe though: curtains in the rooms are not blackout curtains. So in downtown the sheer drapes leave your room pretty bright. Bring a sleeping mask.

First floor/lobby is beautiful and unique. Staff very friendly. Beds are very comfortable-Slept great! Room (2 queens) is spacious, but decor felt unfinished. No artwork on the stark white walls and “echo” in the room because the sound bounces off the walls, which detracts from the sense of comfort. Recommend adding some artwork. Spyhouse coffee and breakfast were wonderful!
