The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to specifically name Jonah who was also very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations and directions. The hotel is right near the light rail station, so very easy to access.

Love this hotel, dog friendly and they stay for free. Parking is high but valet is very friendly. really liked the vibes of this place and the HH offered in the restaurant.

The Emery Hotel exceeded every expectation. The ambiance is unmatched and the staff goes above and beyond. Even though we experienced a few hiccups with our reservation, The Emery is at the top of our list for ‘must return soon!’

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bonus to have an amazing coffee shop on site as well as a great restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is stunning. Everywhere we went in the hotel I couldn't stop staring. The live plants, the color choices, everything was perfect. The front desk staff was fantastic every time we interacted - even just saying hello as we got off the elevators. The rooms were very clean and the bedding was comfortable. I have never stayed in a hotel room that was as quiet as this one. No weird sounds from the A/C, and very minimal sound from outside could be heard. My only complaint (and it's mostly my fault) is that I didn't realize until checkout that they have complimentary valet service, however now I know for next time and makes this hotel even more of a gem when staying in Minneapolis! I am trying to find excuses to come back and stay at the Emery!

Very quiet. Staff friendly. Convenient to sporting venues. Light rail and bus stops close. Had to search for a working ice machine. Used off site parking because valet parking expensive.

One of the best hotels stays we have ever had. The room was pristine, bathroom huge, bed comfortable, great lighting, with the all important phone/gadget charging. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Huge shoutout to the front staff. Every single person was fantastic, and when we had a problem with the parking, they made it right and quickly. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel is beautiful. The property and room were well kept, and everyone we interacted with at the front desk was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown and near plenty of public transportation. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Terrible rooms. Uncomfortable and unkept. The valet service is useless and expensive. If you have anywhere to be be sure to get your car requested an hour in advance.
