One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in!

Great location. Amazing restaurant and coffee down stairs. Gym is great but air was not working for more of the stay. Bathroom seemed a bit warn and no fan to ventilated.

I wanted to love this hotel, and there were definitely parts of it that were great, such as the easy access to public transportation, restaurants, downtown, riverwalk, etc. And I loved the greenery in the atrium/lobby area! Unfortunately, for some odd reason, housekeeping missed our room ALL FOUR DAYS of our stay, except for the first (the day we arrived). But the remainder of our stay, we had to go downstairs to complain and ask for additional coffee for our room, clean towels, and extra toilet paper. We also asked them to be sure to PLEASE clean our room on the following day, and each time, they missed our room. We can't figure it out. We did NOT have the "Do not disturb sign on" and we specially ASKED for a cleaning. So, I don't believe it was anything WE did. Additionally, the internet in our room went out for 3 of the 4 nights we stayed there. My partner ended up playing "IT GUY" to help them finally solve their WiFi/Internet access issues. So, that was really annoying too. (We love to binge-watch late-night shows when vacationing.) On top of those two things, there was a wedding in the hotel this weekend, and we were NOT told that a) it would be VERY LOUD on Saturday night, and b) the hotel restaurant would be closed that night for the private event. (And it happened to be the one night we were planning to eat there.) Just a lot of little inconveniences added up to a disappointing stay. The hotel staff is friendly, but they weren't very responsive. 2 stars.

The hotel rooms were not very user friendly. Very few places to store items. A shelf at the bedside was totally too small. No drawers underneath to store books, glasses, etc. The safe sat on the floor in the closet, we had to get down on our knees to set lock & unlock. Closet had very little space to hang long items. In the bathroom, there was one small towel bar, a double hook. Nothing in the shower to hang a washcloth or wet towels or even outside the shower.. The room was extremely hot. Even though we set temperature at 71.........it never reached that temperature. We kept the room dark and night shades closed at all times to help keep room temperature down. There were no vending machines on any of the floors,very little offered in the way of water, sodas, juice, snacks in the lobby. They didn't sell any newspapers. My husband tried on Sunday to get change for $20, in order to leave room tip. The young lady was very helpful, she went to restaurant, coffee bar and even the valet but was unsuccessful. She deserved a merit badge for her efforts. The restaurant was excellent. The hotel did a great job of providing space, service and food/beverages for our grandson's wedding. We probably would not use the hotel again.

The space was very cute and like the entire US, it was very hot in Minnesota. Unfortunately, we were unable to turn the air on due to some override. It was brutally hot in our room all weekend. I don’t enjoy putting a negative review about service but it was less than desirable. After being told during check in to there was continental breakfast with our stay, I was rudely told the next day it was only available for certain customers. We ate breakfast at the restaurant instead and our waitress never stopped at the table beyond taking our order and giving our check. There was one other elderly lady in the seating. I also tried to go to the bar on two separate occasions but kept getting passed over numerous times while serving others coming after me. It felt like I was getting ignored.
