Nice place. Clean and comfortable. No breakfast but was pet friendly

Their water heater went out, but the tenant did not tell me until I paid for the room I am not staying there with no hot water. I said, you should’ve told me before I paid, and I asked for a refund.

There was nothing unique about this property. The presentation by the clerk was that me was bored with his job, the exterior was dirty and needed paint, there was no internet, no coffee or breakfast, the bathroom floor was moldy, furniture as dirty and in bad repair.

Very filthy and roaches! I did not stay there!

Didnt stay, got half my money back and went to different hotel. It was disgusting and dirty. TV didnt work right, all around terrible, the office guy was very kind though!

I arrived at the property at 11:30 pm and the office was closed. There was a note on the office door with a phone number to call for late arrivals. I called and received a recorded message that the person doesn’t have voicemail set up. I had to find another lodging. Very unprofessional and frustrating!

The complete place was a dump. More of a place to take hookers to smoke some crack. The cleanist part of the room was the toilet. Put towels in the bathtub to stand on for the shower. Would not recommend to anybody.

No pool or breakfast as advertised Stayed 5 days never had anyone show up to take the garbage or change towels.

Liked nothing, absolutely miserable place to stay
