Mariann Travel Inn Scottsburg

Office was closed when I got there. When someone did show up to check me in, he was rude and cocky. Room had no towels or TP. AC didn't work. Smelled bad. Grass needed cut badly. Office never opened back up to check out. No answer on phone. Very crappy experience. Don't stay here!

Very unprofessional!

No working phone. No heat. No staff in office, no towels. Not the room reserved.

Room smelled awful. Everything was broken and dirty.

Close to stores & resturaunts and was close to interstate

Quite run down. Broken towel bar in bath. TV was blurry. Phone not connected to service. Junk piled on walkways and hallways. Holes in blanket. Stains on sheets. No free wifi.

We tried 2 rooms and both had filthy toilets and floors. They were "between housekeepers". No TV remote. Lightbulbs missing. We ended up staying at another hotel

I stayed here some years back and it was ok. Now this place is just a flop house. The room was old and disgusting had I not paid in advance I would have left right at check in. Shower tub was stained and unclean. Dirt on the walls toilet old and outdated. The bed was old and dirty and the linens had burn holes and the towels were cleaned but has seen better days. People coming and going all night and the people that were there live there. It was disgusting. When I was checking out saw the first roach. The people who rated this good must be friends of the owner because this place was bad.

The room was ok. The bathtub looked dirty. The mat in the bottom of the tub had dark ring around it and the tub and tub wall were not clean looking. Maybe stained from water but could have been cleaner. When I did go to take a shower there was no hot water. When we got back to our room we had sound on our TV but the picture wasblank with the Direct tv logo bouncing around. The morning was the same. We did not call the desk because it was late and we were going to bed and in the morning we just got dressed and left.
