Prime Location with Hygienic and Cozy Rooms Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Prime Balaji Deluxe. The hotel location is excellent, especially for travelers as it is very near to New Delhi Railway Station, making travel very convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive and everything was well maintained. Facilities provided were very good and added great comfort to the stay. Special appreciation to the management and corporate staff for their professionalism, support, and warm hospitality throughout the visit. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay with great service and a prime location. Highly recommended for families and business travelers.

Staff & Service: The hotel staff were courteous, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and cooperative attitude made our stay very comfortable. Airport Pickup: My parents arrived at the airport late at night, and the hotel arranged a complimentary airport pickup service. This was very convenient and saved us the hassle and cost of arranging transportation at that hour (only the airport parking fee was payable). Room: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.
