الغرفة في اقامتي كانت رائعة والأكوا كويسة والبسين والبحر كله رائع مستوي الاكل جميل ومتنوع والاستقبال رائع والحفلات رائعة وبشكر كل العاملين والقائمين علي العمل

ما لفت نظري وجعل أقامتي علي درجات الراحة هو تعاون فريق الضيافة بالمكان وأهتمامهم الزايد براحة الضيف ويأتي علي رأس المنظومة الأستاد وائل الساعي الذي كان يملك العصايا السحرية أو خاتم سليمان لتغير أي شىء للأفضل كان متواجد في كل مكان وفي كل وقت حتي جعلني أتحير متي ينام هذا الرجل أشكره شكر خاص حيث أنة جعل أختياي للفندق أو ريزورت في مرسي علم يعني أكاسيا بلا تردد ...... شكراً مستر وائل

I had a wonderful stay at Akassia Swiss Resort and truly enjoyed every aspect of my vacation. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The beach, swimming pools, and aqua park were outstanding, providing great entertainment for both adults and children. The food was diverse and of high quality, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the professionalism, hospitality, and dedication of the entire staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests had a memorable experience. A special thank you to Mr. Wael Elsaie, the Operations Manager, for his outstanding support, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction. His dedication to excellence is clearly reflected in the high standards maintained throughout the resort. I highly recommend Akassia Swiss Resort to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation experience, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

It’s so clean and beautiful

We stayed at Akassia Swiss Resort for 4 nights, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was excellent and varied, clean and big swimming pools , the sea was beautiful, and the aqua park was fantastic, especially for families with children. The animation team was friendly, the reception staff were professional, and the entire resort had such positive vibes that made our stay truly memorable. A special thanks to Mr. Wael from the hotel management. He is truly one of a kind. His positive energy, daily follow-ups to ensure everything was perfect, and VIP-level hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. Even after checkout, he called to make sure we arrived home safely. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Egypt and abroad, and Mr. Wael stands out as one of the best hospitality professionals I’ve ever met. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back again.

La struttura del resort é veramente fantastica con tante piscine e scivoli, curata in tutti i dettagli, molto pulita, organizzata in maniera eccellente e veramente non manca di nessuna necessitá, visto che sono presenti negozi, farmacie, campi sportivi, centro massaggio, palestra e tanto altro. Il personale è di una ospitalitá incredibile, attento alle tue necessitá tanto da farti sentire quasi a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale va sicuramente a Mr. Wael una persona affidabile, efficiente, professionale ed estremamente cortese, che nel mio caso ha anche risolto un piccolo disguido con l'agenzia interna del tour operator. Il cibo é abbondante e vario non solo nei risotranti ma anche nei bar presso le piscine o il mare. Consiglio per gli italiani il ristorante sulla spiaggia dove trovate Mr. Ashref il cuoco della pasta, che ringrazio poiché l'unico che la cucina veramente bene (unica nota stonata per noi italiani specialmente). Le camere sono comode e ben dotate di tutti i servizi

Piú un suggerimento che una cosa negativa. Si potrebbe migliorare il servizio navetta per le stanze piú lontane con ad esempio installando una chiamata elettronica nell banchine di attesa.
