We arrived early for a graduation we were attending asked if we could check in early to get ready and the girl working the desk would not even look she just sat on her stool and said all of the rooms are being cleaned. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot they were not booked or overbooked. We had to go to their public bathroom to change and get ready I realize we were early but she didn’t even attempt to check to see if our room was ready even after we asked her to do so.. I think she was just lazy And I never complain or try to say anything bad but it was the worse!

The lobby has been updated but the rooms are greatly in need of updating. Technology outlets are lacking in the rooms along with total updates are needed in the bathrooms as well. Just on the shabby side.
