"Good"

Black stain on carpet. Beds were very uncomfortable. Gave handicap room which didn’t request. Small bathroom counter and several electrical plugs did not work

"I want my money back."

It was a fine stay.

I’m still owed an entire charge from the property. You guys took my money twice and I still haven’t been paid back even though I’ve been on hold several times and sent in several reports and receipts.

We booked this hotel since it was pretty close to our family. We checked in easily with the front desk. Our room was as described. Since it was the holidays, there was a sign that stated limit housekeeping. Since we were only staying two nights, our room wasn't cleaned. We did get towels from the front desk. Overall, good stay.

"The ADA shower was a disaster. Other than that it was okay."

ADA bathroom was a disaster. The shower curtain was about 8" short. The water pressure excessive and showerhead was unmanageable. The edge of the shower floor was black with mildew. The bathroom floor was flooded each time we showered. This needs immediate attention. The room, bed and everything else was clean. The hotel staff was very pleasant. The common areas and food court was clean. The buffet breakfast had a very nice selection of items. The hot food was okay. Again, a very friendly and accommodating staff.
