Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City North Quail Springs

It was okay I think breakfast should be included bits the same set up as any other hotel. Not that great

Check-in was great. Hotel clerk was friendly. The faciility was clean. My only disappointment was seeing all these snack products with such high prices. My mistake was not noticing when I was looking for hotels, that this hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast. To save time the next morning, my husband and I decided to go ahead and pay for the breakfast buffet. The eggs and gravy were both cold. That was disappointing, to pay for two meals and have a disappointing breakfast.

Many things out of order: one elevator (only two total elevators), ice machine on 2nd floor out of order (our floor), one of 3 stalls in bathroom lobby out of order. Shampoo dispenser out of order. Towels were not replaced. Hot water from faucet in bathroom was milky color. Otherwise OK. Will not stay here again

Room service not available at 8 pm on a Saturday night. Very disappointed. You should put hours available on menu.

The property is in need of updating. They are using some cleaning with horrid perfume smell. It gives me a migraine. I’m glad they gave their staff the holiday off but we ran out of coffee in the room and couldn’t even get it from Lobby. They found at least offer a couple amenities since their staff was on holiday. Used to love this place and they were accommodating when we checked in but was downhill from there. I have always chosen this hotel because they had the most comfortable beds but this bed was not. The perfume and lack of amenities due to holiday was disappointing. They could have at least offered coffee for lack of housekeeping. Sadly disappointed. Will choose other accommodation next time. And we are there frequently due to family there.

Everything was good, friendly staff. Water dripping in the tub and bathroom light wouldn’t work, but overall stay was good! Great staff!
