אין דלפק קבלה מסודר וקבוע. וכשאתה צריך משהוא אין עם מי לדבר.!!! פעמים רבות אין מענה לטלפונים של האורח. הכל מתנהל בצורה מזלזלת ללא התחשבות באורח. מסדרון ארוך ,חשוך קודר ואפלולי בין החדרים. התארחנו 3 ימים בחדר והמקרר קירטע ולא עבד , מייצר קרח בצורה קיצונית. לא מנקים את החדר ! לא מחליפים מגבות ! הטלוויזיה מיושנת ומקובעת על ערוץ צרפתי אחד ולא ניתן לראות בה ערוצים אחרים. שלט ה-TV חסר תועלת. בית דירות ברמה של כוכב אחד. בקושי.

Rude staff, awful shower, sink that wouldn’t drain, TV remote didn’t work.

It was a bit of a red flag when the hotel mailed us two days before we arrived asking that we rate them 10 stars on booking.com. It appeared equally desperate to see the sign below in the lift. If they genuinely want a great rating, someone should have a word with the incredibly brusque and rude receptionist who let us in (eventually). She’s knock several points off for a starter. Then there’s the room. Size wise, it’s ok. The shower is genuinely awful. Literally just a dribble of a thing. Came out of it not feeling clean much at all. I shaved in the sink, and an hour later still had a sink full of hairy, messy water. The

The location

Our stay at Aparthotel Adagio Strasbourg Place Kléber was unfortunately disappointing and did not live up to the 4-star standard that is advertised. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was missing amenities that were clearly advertised, most notably a television. After reporting the issue, we were offered a second room, but it was not equivalent to the one we had originally booked. Due to the hotel's lack of availability, we had little choice but to accept the downgrade. I do want to highlight that the receptionist who welcomed us was genuinely kind, polite, and did his best to help. However, it was obvious that he was overwhelmed and dealing with multiple guest complaints at the same time. The situation seemed more like a management and operational issue than an individual employee's fault. Overall, the experience fell well below what we expected from a hotel that markets itself as a 4-star property. Better maintenance, quality control, and staffing would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
