Aparthotel Adagio Strasbourg Place Kleber

I spent 3 very pleasant days at this hotel, and I genuinely have nothing to complain about. There were no issues or inconveniences that bothered me. It is a wonderful small hotel, very helpful and lovely staff and most importantly: the hotel is very quiet, despite it's located right in the heart of Strasbourg. Everything about my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, I would gladly stay here again. I am very grateful to all the staff of this hotel, and especially to the supervisor David. The location was good. The size of the apartment we had was great. We enjoyed the courtyard.

The room was clean....but not really. On a superficial level, the bathrooms were clean but after spending some time, it was evident this place needs a good deep clean. I got pretty congested I think due to all the dust. There was dust in the halls on the walls. In the rooms the baseboards were dusty, the bathroom shelves and the giant red curtains also had a layer of dust. Worse, the curtains were stained, one stain by my bed I am guess was someone wiping their nose rather than grabbing a tissue. Or worse. It was gross. The couch in the room was also this way.
