Nova Samui Resort

Clean, calm and peaceful.

They lack staff. Given it’s a resource and there is no lift. They need more people who can perhaps help the senior people with their heavy luggage or in case there are physically challenged tourist. For young travellers it’s good. They can also have a small cafeteria for quick bites 24/7.

Le bon emplacement, personnel souriant et sympathique. Le jardin est très beau et la piscine est super grande et agréable.

La propreté est à revoir… il t avait des cafards morts dans le luminaire de la salle de bain, j’ai essayé de boucher toute entrée possible pour ces bestioles, bonde de lavabo, evacuations des eaux de douche…. Et un petit rafraichissement des chambres serait le bienvenu…

Had everything I need for one night. Room was clean. The balcony is nice. If you have trouble walking too many steps make sure to not book the hills room. Had to pay extra

This was my 2nd stay in Nova Samui Resort. I liked the hotel as it is a great "base" for exploring Chaweng and Bo Phut. Everything needed is close within walking distance (less than 1km to 7/11, SuperCheap and/or Lotus supermarket and different food places as well as pharmacy, motorbike & car rental and ThaiMassage). Some things I would like to highlight for other guests as well: The Pool is opened all day until 6pm (after that pool is closed for cleaning etc). I was in the hotel during dry season and there is no breakfast, lunch or dinner provided (not sure if this applies during high season as well, please check with hotel staff) Another plus is, the hotel has its own ThaiMassage with really fair prices. The rooms are big and with a lot of nice details - I like the dark wood very much. AC works very well and is clean. What I would like to mention as a big plus: I had an issue with the first room assigned to me, after a quick talk with the nice people at the reception this could be resolved above my expectation by assigning another room - no stress, no trouble, all went smooth, again thank you for that! What guests should know: Since the hotel is pretty close to Chaweng Beach and the "party centre" you can expect some "sound entertainment" until late evening - have that in mind!

Nothing to mention here, the hotel met my expectations again, thank you for that!

La réception : l accueil du staff à la réception est exceptionnel. Les dames vous trouvent solution , vous écoute et facilte votre arrivée , c’est mon 2em séjour dans cet hôtel . Et c’est véritablement pour le staff très serviable , attentionné professionel que je reviens . Mon lit était un peu dure , elle m’a trouver solution avec petit sur matelas. Besoin d’une info un conseil , elles sont à votre écoute . Je voulais garder la même chambre et ajouter des nuits et ça été possible . De même elle mon permis faire Check in un peu plus tôt et ont garder mes valises toutes la matinée . Tous les jours on discutent elle vous demandent le programme et vous donne des conseils . Il y a des jeunes qui m’ont aider avec mes valises et même le cleaning staff est d’une grande gentillesse .

Rien tout est parfait . Peut être le bruts de la musique de concert à central samui mais c’est une fois par semaine et ça la proximité de la ville qui veut ça .
