Brighton Shores

Everything about the hotel was rlly nice

That when we checked out the key return box was behind the reception desk and there was no big bins to throw away the rubbish had to take it with us and find a bin

Brighton Shores is in a great location in Southport, with tram stop just around the corner and Woolies across the road. The view over the Broadwater was excellent from our 14th level unit. The double glaze windows cut out the road noise. The apartment was very comfortable and roomy. Access instructions were great.

A couple of downlights were not working, so had to get those replaced. A simple maintenance check could have avoided that, but the matter was attended to promptly. The east facing unit did get a tad warm in the early morning, but the view made up for that, as did the air con.

Close to tram line and easy to access surrounding areas. Spacious apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. Pool and sauna were great with extended open hours.

Kitchen cookware needs replacement and worn. Dinnerware needed to be washed as put away unclean.

The location

Pool/spar out of order during our stay, car park is small and difficult to navigate in a large car. description of property claimed great views, our unit was on level 7 looking directly at the rooftop A/C systems, very disappointing.

Loved my stay at Brighton, 10 out of 10 and i had no issues at all. Would definitely stay again
