La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Longview North

Horrible experience. Alot of staff didn't seem to care about the issue/s and couldn't seem to fix any which would of been simple at the time. Very run down and need updated and treated for insects ( we had a roach crawling on our wall). Only 1 outlet for plug ins. The alarm clock had a couple. Entertainment center for the TV was used and wouldn't shut or open. Loved the space in the room. Beds were like 4ft high. Housekeeping needed to spend more attention to detail. We had God knows what on the perimeter of both beds. I wish I could upload the photos i took. Don't expect anything of what you pay but expect a insect to greet you when you walk in and the staff knows about it

There was a roach in my room that was humongous! I left the hotel and tried to get a refund for the extra night that I had with no luck. I have pictures and videos. Worst experience, the manager would not even call me.

That they didn't tell me I had to pay a 100 dollar deposit.

Our room was huge, the area was quiet, but best of all was the breakfast! I was expecting your average hotel breakfast of eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal and toast, but was pleasantly surprised to see all of that plus tortillas, cheese, fried potatoes and small cups of red and green salsa to make your own breakfast tacos! Good food always starts the day off Great!

The bed was like sleeping on a brick. Probably t h e most uncomfortable hotel bed Ive ever slept in. Also our room had some minor mold issues around the shower, nothing horrible but it looks as though they covered the mold with clear silicone rather than cleaning the mold and fixing the problem.
