La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Longview North

I am disable I could not get in the bed I slept I my wheel chair I asked to talk to manager they said she was in a meeting O left my number and still have not heard from her I smelled pot all down the hall the staff did not help

Breakfast was good. Choice of waffles, cereal, muffins, eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy. Dining room was clean and food was replenished as needed.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and water supply was terrible. We tried to shower both in the morning and in the evening. The water stayed warmish for about 3-4 minutes before turning ice cold. Not pleasant!

The facility was terrible and i really feel I deserve a refund or partial refund because I booked this online..once i arrived The guy checked me in, handed me my key and then go tell me there was no hot water! They were having issues. I told him I wish he could have told me that before I even checked in, I would have went somewhere else! He said it may be a little hot water. That night I had very warm/cool water, but that morning I had nothing but ice cold water..

I liked the location and the size of the room. Have stayed here prior to Wyndham buying La Quinta.

It is not being maintained. Trash in the parking lot, broken doors to the outside, scuffed interior doors, carpet not that clean, furniture is also scuffed Wasn't like this before Wyndham took over. Won't stay there again.

The first room we got the electric device for the ac didn’t work or it wasn’t charged.. the guy upfront came to check and gave us a different room … same thing happened but this one the ac window unit worked but too poorly…

I am in a wheel chair and I could not get in the beds they was to talk I had to sleep in my wheel chair brought shower chair but could not get in shower chair they r charging me over 300 extra for dirty towels and wash wash rags that was not mine when I got her the room was dirty for a disabled person That is in a wheel chair and can not walk and I did ask for a disabled room
