Nothing.

Had an email few weeks before booking date to say hotel was closed. I rang to check it wasn’t a scam. I was told the hotel is open your booking is still in place. Drove yesterday 2.5 hours to be told the hotel is not open to the public !!!! Looked like the hotel was housing other people for elsewhere !

Hotel was closed and has been for a year. We had to find another hotel. Refund me right now

It was closed. Not a hotel anymore. You owe me the cost and the extra money to find another hotel.

"Hotel under construction"

My booking was confirmed and the hotel was under reconstruction when I got there I have to book another accommodation for my family by 11pm on the same day. I was promised compensation of 25 pounds But nothing has been paid by booking.com
