Friendly staff, beautiful gardens.

The room air condition was awful. Don’t work properly it was humid, and mold smell.

El alojamiento para cuatro personas en 1 cama doble (bien) pero 1 sofá cama algo incómodo

Que todos los empleados fueron muy amables

Que las habitaciones estaban un poco lejos de la playa y o piscina

No me gustó que sólo es una reserva en los restaurantes por noche , y si uno va 2 noches no vive la experiencia de los demás

Es un lugar acogedor, las habitaciones muy bonita y limpia. Buen ambiente, todo limpio y bonito

Es bastante grande y eso hace que se camine aunque para todo hay un tren pero se pierde tiempo por lo amplio que es el hotel

Very attentive and charismatic the personal, the amazing surprise off menu for platinum in the beach was the best, also at dawn walking is really relaxing

Sometimes the food was repetitive in the buffet and the normal buffet in the lobby was much better surten than the buffet in the platinum section, also a la carte restaurant should be open during lunch and not only dinner as its sometimes boring to go to same buffet breakfast and lunch everyday, also the cars need to be better because sometimes one needs to wait 30 min to get one as most of them go full specially in platinum section as its among last stops and 90% of times are full

Es un hotel muy bonito, si quieres estar relax puedes estarlo si quieres más entretenimiento tambn, aunque esta fue mi 3 vez aquí esta vez decidí irme a platinum y para nada fue lo que pensé aunque sus restaurantes muy buenos!

Luego de 3 veces aquí esta vez fue la más decepcionante en cuanto al trato de algunos empleados en el coffe bar 1 de las chicas no todas porque hubo muy buenas un poco grosera, el carrito esta vez tardaba demasiado en llegar a las paradas básicamente corren uno detrás del otro y tardan mucho, no encontré mucha diferencia entre platinum y área regular.
