Eros Hotel New Delhi, Nehru Place

Eros hotel staff extremely responsive to customers' needs. It seems customer satisfaction is their mantra. I have no qualms referring this hotel to my friends.

Eros is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

This is probably my 10th stay in Eros and is like second home to me. There are many long-term staff members, and it has an old school charm to it. The service is phenomenal, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices for all tastes. The bar has a nice happy hour. There is a nice garden out back, for walks and a nice pool for summers. The Lotus temple and many restaurants are all walking distance. There is a large park nearby for morning walks. I cannot recommend Eros enough.

it was a great stay, everyone in the hotel are very friendly. Services were very good.

The room flooring and furniture was not in a good state, seemed very old and upholstery was worn out. The bathroom was also in a run down condition.

Spacious, pleasant, and well situated property. Everything was a great experience. The rooms were a little dated but well maintained and clean.

Located in south Delhi , Property is nice but a bit dated - we had a suite which was extremely spacious , bathroom needed a little updating . Breakfast buffet was a large spread with Indian and western options. Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel Had many restaurants on site - Indian , Chinese, multi cuisine . We ate at Singh sahib - had wonderful live music . Food quality and taste were good but not exceptional. Overall the experience was good.

A very classy hotel set in an unclassy invironment.

It’s a reasonable 4* hotel, but not 5* in my opinion
