Excellent customer service. Staff were very attentive and could not do enough to enhance our stay. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I would definately recommend staying at this hotel and look forward to staying again in the cooler months.

Fantastic hotel, service is 2nd to none, staff are extremely attentive and cannot do enough for guests. Breakfast was fantastic, again staff cannot do enough for you. Jovin especially was extremely friendly both in the breakfast service and when bumped into in the lift. An absolute pleasure to stay here. Extra special breakfast cake due to us leaving.

My experience was average. We brought our luggage inside hotel ourselves from the car. Checked in and took our luggage to the room ourselves. Something you don't expect from five star hotel. Vallet staff always took 20-30 mins to bring our car. Their excuse was they were busy but to me there was enough staff just standing there. Breakfast food was cold and there was always a pressure to empty the table so they can pass it on to next family. We also got incorrect information from the valet staff. We asked if there was a beach within walking distance with direct access from the hotel, and we were told no and sent to a beach about 10 minutes away by car. Two days later, we discovered there was actually a beach directly accessible from the hotel. It was frustrating that the staff didn't know this. To make matters worse, our room looked out onto a car park and construction site. The only real positive was the housekeeping team. The room was always cleaned well, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, the stay was okay, but the service and attention to detail were not what we expected from a five-star hotel.

Location, pool, cleaning, smell

Only negative point was about entrance staff, one of them is really not friendly, even not helped us for take out our bags from car, not take care about his job and use mobile phone instead, for one another purpose we asked him help us and he was angry for no thing… all other staff are really helpful and friendly Hope he come back to normal situation again It was our second time in this hotel and before was not like this Also before all rooms bar was full, this time empty and its not so important

We enjoyed our stay. Lovely staff especially Shankar Kannan who is active and tried his best to resolve an issue that we had before check in. It is a shame that the hotel doesn't have a private beach

Facilities available

Fake grass around the pool. No private beach. Rooms furniture old. Frigobar empty. Service came clean the room at 4PM. I expressed dissatisfaction at check out. They said to join IHG App and they’d automatically reward points. I did join the App but points were not rewarded.
