The hotel had all necessary amenities and presented itself professionally and friendly. We had a sea view top floor room (6th floor) and it had a beautiful view of the gardens, pool, beach and sea. This was lovely to see the sunset from. The general hotel was presented well, clean and spacious. I used the gym every morning and it was clean and not full at all. There was a water refill machine and all machines and free weights you would want. The pool area had plenty of sun beds, complementary towels, active lifeguards and areas of different depths so our kids of 3 and 8 could play happily. So much so we didn’t use the kids pool or lane pool. They had lovely complementary touches like frozen flannels, watermelon slices and lemon mint drinks at random times which were a welcome refreshment! The food in the buffet restaurant and Tomato restaurant was excellent. The service was exceptional and they catered for all of our needs, especially caring for our daughter who has a peanut allergy. John Edward in the Tomato restaurant was a favourite, very attentive and friendly. The concierge booked us taxis on multiple occasions ensure they were ones with card machines as we did not carry cash. Thank you again to them. The hotel allowed us to have late check out in a different room when our flight got changed in the final day - thank you again. Overall a pleasant stay, we would stay again if we were to visit Oman again.

عند وصولي وحجز الغرف عن طريق بوكنق ودفع المبلغ كامل حصلت اشكاليه بالغاء غرفه بالغلط وولكن الموظفه صعبت موضوع الحجز وكان باستطاعتها تاكيد الحجز ولكن رفضة الموضوع ارجاعها وتم اخذ غرفه ثانيه ودفع مبلغها باكامل وتعد تجربه سيئه على فندق له سمعته ولكم جزيل الشكر
