The Westin Verasa Napa

Beautiful hotel. Lots of families with little kids. Ask early for linens for the pull out couch.

A little off of downtown but walkable. Hotel staff and rooms were really great. I also used the gym which appeared well-kept.

I would consider this a solid stay in downtown Napa. The walkability is a bit odd given you do have to cross a busy road to get to the downtown. However, the pool and hot tub was a very nice amenity and kept up to be very nice. The hotel bar was pricey for food (did not have any drinks) but the food was good. Overall, a nice place to stay in Napa and would return again. A solid “good” hotel.

We enjoyed the heated pool and bocce court, as well as La Toque restaurant. It is a short walk to the Oxbow Market and Model Bakery, two great places to look for food.

Fantastic location next to Oxbow and tons of restaurants. Great service from staff during check in and check out process. Our kid loves the pool and we like the hot tub / fire side seating in the evenings. Another great stay.

Stayed at the Westin Verasa Napa Valley for four nights to attend the Napa Valley Jazz Getaway. This was my fifth time staying at the hotel for this event. Stayed in the one bedroom suite with two of my girlfriends. I had requested a balcony room overlooking the courtyard and my request was granted. So happy about that because last year I wasn't able to get my request. As usual, the room was clean and the suite is large with a kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave and a two burner stove. The only issue we had is that they did not clean our room one day. We requested extra towels for that day and they said they would be back by 5:00 but they never came back. They didn't come back the next day until we had to call down to the front desk to request service. The only other issue is how expensive the restaurant is. We ordered three drinks from the bar and it came to almost $100! But I guess that's to be expected at most hotels. Still love this hotel because it's walking distance to everything and across the street from the Wine train. The price of the hotel is a little expensive, even though we did get a block rate for the event we attended. We will be back next year!

Great location near downtown Napa, walking distance. Terrible rooms, don’t get 3022. One if the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, and it wasn’t cheap.

Gone completely downhill. Avoid like the plague. Booked a weekend thru chase and realized shortly thereafter that it’s one of the only places that is non refundable. You quickly find out why. We checked in on a Sat afternoon around 5 and were told that our room was not ready. Later we finally got there and the room smelled dingy. Pool was overcrowded and service was non existent. Marriott brands have gone down the tubes but this one takes the cake. Find a smaller boutique in Napa or the surrounding cities. You won’t be sorry.
