i'm giving them five stars and I would give them much much more. I was looking for a weekend getaway. From the moment I pulled up the valet driver was extremely friendly. I didn't have reservations. I walked up to the front desk and they were professional and accommodating. They booked me a room immediately and even upgraded me.. I dropped my stuff off in the room headed down to the restaurant, but they were closed. I sat down in the bartender, gave me some options that were within walking distance to eat. My room was beautiful with a beautiful view, my bed was comfortable, and had a full kitchen. I had such a wonderful time by the pool and hot tub that I booked a third night . they have a shuttle buss that will take you downtown Napa and pick you up. I highly recommend the Westin good job guys. I also want to give a huge shout out to Salem Zidan every time I've ever walked into the Westin I am greeted with a friendly smile, a welcome back, and it's good to see you again.. there are reasons people return to restaurants, resorts, and local bars, it's the outstanding hospitality. thank you for making my experience so wonderful.

Nice hotel in a great location. Probably more money than you need to spend to be comfortable in Napa. On check in we were told there’d be complimentary wine tasting and massages in the lobby an hour later. We never saw either one. No big deal. Staff was pleasant.
