Location

The property was not clean, upon arrival the bed was not made with towels and the pillows thrown on the bed. The shower has mould in it and I’m not sure it’s been vacuumed or mopped recently. The overall cleanliness was very poor.

"We loved it and can’t wait to stay here again!"

We loved the location! It felt like we were at home with our accommodation. We had a wrap around balcony with epic views of the Ocean in one direction and the city view with mountains in another direction. We used the pool both days we were there and had a quick walk to the beach from the accommodation. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very minor but some of the dishes weren’t clean but it wasn’t a big deal.

The view was lovely, the pool was great, location was good

It needed a good clean, dishwasher was dirty, dust in the bedroom was not good, had Queen sheets on single bed, just needed really good cleaners to bring it up to standard. Pool was great, & clean. Reception staff were lovely.

We liked the location and the view was amazing.

When we arrived there was only 1 chair on the balcony, a quick phone call and another arrived. There was 1only champagne glass and there was 2 of us. That sounds a bit unimportant but when you want to relax on the balcony with a glass of champagne,you expect.those things to be there on arrival.
