Ocean Royale

The location to the beach was great.

The property is extremely dated and dirty. Needs a lot of work. Has a stale smell and the carpark is leaking (possible from one of the pools)

Fantastic location - waking up to an ocean view each day. Apartment had everything we needed and many extras.

Very difficult to unlock the sliding door to the balcony

Eventually given beautiful room.

Given poor room initially. Understand different owners for each room but needs to be a standard.

Outside pool was beautiful - area had obviously been recently renovated. View from our apartment was brilliant. Location central and great facilities/restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was a great size and generally nicely maintained.

The basement foyer needs upgrading. The lighting in the lounge and dining of the apartment was very outdated. The drain in the laundry floor had completely broken.

Once paid extra and moved to a bigger more modern , cleaner apartment our stay was pleasant.

Spent the first night in an outdated apartment that was run down and tired with an overbearing smell. Complained and couldn't be moved due to full capacity. Really disappointing . This apartment needs attention and shouldn't be advertised at the price it was. Was able to pay extra to move to a 2 bedroom apartment for next 2 nights. Couldn't fault this assortment. Was excellent!

The veiw was great if the windows were clean so you could see it.

The apartment was not clean . Black hair everywhere. Lots of stains on the carpet . Dishes not clean terrible smell from kitchen drain and under the sink.

Location bus handy so easy to get around without using car.

View was stunning, the location and tidiness of the property was great! The facilities were fantastic, the pool was nice and deep! The indoor heated pool was a bonus.
